Reformer Pilates


A Pilates class based on the reformer machine. Using resistance via springs on the machine, the body performs Pilates movements which promote strength, length, flexibility and balance.

Body Balance


A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.

Tai Chi- s If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider Tai Chi. A graceful form of exercise that promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

Ideal for older adults with current health problems under control. Designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and balance

Whether you are looking to attend our group fitness classes or wanting to supplement your gym program. You have the opportunity to supplement your training with group fitness and recovery classes. 


We have classes ranging from strength-based training like our boxing classes through to our wellness group fitness. We have exercise classes that are specifically aimed at training your mind as well as the body.



Pilates will assist in strengthening your core muscles and improving your flexibility by focusing on correct body alignment, breathing, and lengthening and strengthening your muscles.



Be guided by a trained meditation teacher in this gentle but powerful class for all abilities.


This class will incorporate breath work, visual imagery and mantras to help relieve stress, quiet the mind and ultimate relax the body and promote healing. Bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit or lay.

Active Adults

All Access

This low impact class is designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination. Exercise at a level that suits you.



Expect a gentle, slower paced class with some basic breathing exercises. Hatha Yoga is great to work on alignment and relaxation techniques.

Body Pump


A barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body to ensure you get results — fast.


Body Pump challenges all of your major muscle groups by using strength exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.
